QuantDynax Technologies LLC ("Company") provides non-discretionary, automated End-of-Day (EOD) data processing pipelines, 3D market visualization interfaces, and structured analytical tools strictly on a software subscription basis. The Company is not an investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or certified broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), or any global financial regulator. The software satisfies the bona fide publisher and impersonal tool exemptions under applicable statutes.
2. No Investment Advice or Trading Recommendations
No mathematical calculation, model output, volatility band, options GEX metric, or AI-generated prompt produced by the software constitutes financial advice, trade recommendations, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. All parameter settings, criteria, and filters are 100% user-selected and executed independently at the user's sole discretion.
3. Assumption of Market Risk & Trading Losses
Trading and investing in financial markets carry substantial risk of capital loss, up to and exceeding total invested capital. Past performance of mathematical models, backtests, or metrics does not guarantee future results. The user acknowledges full financial responsibility for all trading execution decisions and capital allocation.
4. "As-Is" Data Feeds & Warranty Disclaimer
All data feeds, clearinghouse records, off-exchange ADF tapes, and model outputs are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company expressly disclaims warranties regarding feed accuracy, completeness, latency, exchange downtime, or mathematical calculation discrepancies.
5. Third-Party Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Release
Data exported via the AI Prompt Architect consists of raw, structured telemetry meant solely for external Large Language Model (LLM) processing (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek). The Company holds zero control over and disclaims all liability for qualitative interpretations, outputs, or decisions derived from third-party artificial intelligence engines.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Under no circumstances shall QuantDynax Technologies LLC, its officers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from software usage. The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from their market activities or platform reliance.
